• Assessing Department Parcel Data 2026 (131,056 properties); CCS Permits; Case Inspections; Active Rental Licenses; Property Sales 2021 to 2025; Damaged Properties. City of Minneapolis open data, Creative Commons Zero (CC0 1.0).
• Joined by PID. Permits without a PID in the source are not shown.
• Sales: single-parcel sales only; sales the Assessor excludes from its ratio study (not arm's length) are flagged and left out of medians.
• No owner, applicant or buyer name was collected. We show the street, never the civic number; civic numbers in permit comments are removed.
• Medians: computed by us on at least 11 properties or sales.
