No. The TISH is a visit by a licensed evaluator ordered by the seller. This site shows the city's records on the property.
Why is a permit missing?
Permits without a PID in the open data cannot be joined to a property.
Why is the civic number not shown?
To avoid publishing the exact address of a home; the street and the PID are enough.
